How We Did It
- AR workspace in React: One interface to view all open invoices, age buckets, customer history, promises to pay, and next actions.
- Smart reminders: Automated schedules for reminders and statements, including late-fee calculations where applicable, with templates the controller can approve or edit.
- Inbox copilot using LLMs: Classifies inbound replies, checks order and shipping status, suggests next steps, and routes messages to the right team (for example, wholesale) when needed.
- Platform integration and audit: Connected to Business Central and the data platform for live status, with full logging, roles, and audit trails.
- Ongoing roadmap - Operated as Tekla’s data team, prioritizing quick wins and foundational upgrades in monthly sprints with clear SLAs.
